Founded in 1987, Compliance Engineering Service Inc.(dba: Compliance Certification Services (CCS)) is an independent test laboratory headquartered in Fremont, California. 

The main services offered by CCS include, but not limited to, EMC, Wireless, Product Safety, DFS, Wireless HD Conformance, OTA Performance, 2D/3D Antenna Pattern and SAR.  CCS is actively working with the world's foremost chipset manufacturers in developing regulatory compliance test plans to address international regulatory approvals of the latest scientific and technology products.  CCS Testing Division is accredited by NVLAP (Lab # 200065-0 to a wide variety of international RF, EMC, SAR, and safety standards.  Our Certification Division is accredited by ANSI to ISO Guide 65 and designated by NIST and recognized by Regulatory Authorities as a Certification Body:  TCB in US, FCB in Canada and CAB in Singapore under Phase II of the APEC Tel MRA and also as a CAB (Notified Body) under both the EMC and R&TTE Directives for the EU.
